A Message to You
We love y’all—we really do. Sharing this exciting chapter
with the people who mean the most to us makes it all the
more special. Even though we’ve chosen to have a private
wedding ceremony, we couldn’t imagine letting this
milestone pass without celebrating with our closest family
and friends. That’s why we’re inviting you to join us for a
post-elopement dinner at one of the best restaurants in one
of our favorite cities: Savannah, Georgia.
We know this is a little unconventional, and we understand
we’re asking a lot by inviting you to travel for a dinner
without seeing us say “I do.” But we hope you’ll view this
weekend as a chance to treat yourself. Think of it as a mini
getaway to a beautiful, historic city, with a special dinner to
celebrate love—ours, and the love we share with y’all.
Friday night is all about the dinner and celebrating
together. The rest of the weekend—Saturday and
Sunday—is yours to spend however you’d like. We’ll
share a rough idea of what we’ll be doing, but there
are no expectations to join us. This time is yours, and
we want you to enjoy it fully. (Just a small note: we’ll
be hosting the dinner, but any additional activities
over the weekend will be up to you to plan and cover.)
We can’t wait to celebrate with you, to laugh, eat, and
soak in the joy of being surrounded by the people who
are woven into the fabric of our happily ever after.
with all the love,
- Alice and Connor

What to Do
The best way to experience Savannah’s charm is on
foot - explore its scenic squares, visit the Cathedral
of St. John the Baptist, and visit local shops for
coffee and goods, all while taking in the beauty of
live oaks draped in Spanish moss.
- If walking isn’t your style, we recommend a city
tour. You'll still get to experience the historic
district, but with the convenience of hop-on, hop-
off transportation to explore the city at your own
pace.
